Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system which suppresses an increase in load related to a nurse call control machine and can display to a portable terminal a reception screen including patient information when received on a portable terminal side.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: a nurse call slave machine 2; a nurse call master machine 5; a portable terminal 6 that a medical worker carries along; a nurse call control machine 7 controlling communication among respective equipment; a private branch exchange 8 controlling call among the respective equipment; and a telephone directory server 10 which is communicably connected to the nurse call control machine 7 and the portable terminal 6 and generates an incoming call screen showing that call is made by the nurse call slave machine 2. When a call signal forming a speech path via a private branch exchange 8 in the portable terminal 6 is transmitted by the nurse call slave machine 2, the telephone directory server 10 receives patient information about a patient in association with the call signal from a patient information storage part arranged outside and uses the patient information to generate an incoming call screen. The generated incoming call screen is in the state displayed on the portable terminal 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
