PURPOSE: To device a system such that a nurse station manages inpatients in each sickroom altogether and a required message is sent to the nurse by a pocket beeper.

CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a PBX 1 each of sickroom terminal equipments 2 each installed in each sickroom and performing input operation interactively, and a nurse station terminal equipment 3 located in a nurse station, converting patient data received from each terminal equipment 2 of each sickroom data of a predetermined signal form and managing states of the inpatients based on the data altogether, and each of the sickroom terminal equipments 2 and the nurse station terminal equipment 3 are connected by lines via the PBX 1 and the nurse station terminal equipment 3 is used to manage the states of the inpatient altogether. Furthermore, the system is provided with a pocket beeper 4 used to call a nurse to display a message content for the notice and a transmission section 5 connecting to the PBX 1 by lines and sending a predetermined signal to the pocket beeper based on the signal from the nurse station terminal equipment 3.
