To provide a care bed system by which one can move on a toilet bowl of a toilet and egest by a slight care of a care giver by removing transfer to a wheelchair.

In the wheeled care bed system comprising a head mounting section, a back receiving section, a buttock mounting section, a lower thigh receiving section, and a foot mounting section bendably arranged in a straight line and constituted so as to be able to change to a bed situation where a care receiver horizontally lies and to a wheelchair situation where the care receiver can sit, the buttock mounting section comprises a buttock mounting frame with a quadrangular shape and a toilet seat lid with a quadrangular plate shape openable and closable while closely contacting with the buttock mounting frame, and toilet seat arranged below the toilet seat lid, the degree where a body weight acts to the toilet seat lid is reduced by lowering the toilet seat lid and raising the buttock mounting frame, thereafter the toilet seat lid is opened by moving the toilet seat lid to the buttock mounting frame, and the care receiver can move on the toilet and egest by the toilet bowl of the toilet.
