Waist position of a disabled person in a bed mat 47 is composed of bag-shaped cleaning mat 51 which is provided separately from a mat 48. A part of the mat is constructed in a manner that when liquid is charged into the mat it is blown up to form the flat bed for sleeping and when liquid is discharged from the mat it forms a recessed part 74 for washing and excreting. Part of water proof sheet 57 corresponding to the cleaning mat 51 is connected with an outlet hose 60 with its opening 59 spread to the sheet 57, and another end of the outlet hose is lead to the outside of the nursing bed via a hose through hole between the mat 48 and the cleaning mat 51.
