To provide a nursing care assisting device having favorable stability for supporting the lumbar and the thighs of a care-receiver in the nursing care assisting device having airbags inflating by being fed with compressed air and raising the lumbar and the thighs of the care-receiver.

Each of the airbags 2, 3 and 4 is provided with an upper face part 11 coming into contact with the lumbar 14 or the thighs 15 of the care-receiver M, a lower face part 12 located in the opposite side of the upper face part 11 and a connection body 16 connecting the upper face part 11 to the lower face part 12 at the interior of the airbag 2, 3 or 4, wherein the connection body 16 retains the shape of the upper face part 11 when each airbag 2, 3 or 4 is inflated to a predetermined shape suited for supporting the part 14 or 15 of the body.
