The nursing care device for disposal of excrement includes: sensors 12 to sense the presence of the excrement, a cleaning water releasing device arranged in a position supporting the buttocks of the person 8 in need of nursing care in the inside periphery of a body 2, deflating a balloon 10a by sensing the presence of the excrement by the sensors 12, inflating the balloon 10a after the buttocks of the person 8 in need of nursing care are cleaned, and releasing cleaning water into the body 2 after the sensing of the excrement by the sensors 12, and a dryer drying and removing a water content in the body 2 when the water content is discharged by a drain hole 14 provided in the body 2 by using the device storing the excrement and the water content in the body 2.
