To provide a slide bed configured so that a state of erecting motion of a backrest frame and holding a knee receiving frame can be kept in a state almost without sense of incompatibility by patient's body position shifting in each step of a process of erecting the backrest frame by driving of one electric actuator.
The slide bed is configured so that the backrest frame 8 born by a positioning bearing A is erected by converting a straight advance by an electrical actuator 1 to rolling of a cam follower A set on a slide block 3 via a rod end pin 2 in an arc shape guide groove 6 of a cam bracket 4 mounted on the backrest frame 8 when the backrest frame 8 of the bed is driven. Further, a cam part on the lower end of a driving cam plate set parallel via the rod pin is configured so as to be vertically slidable on the bearing cam follower and an erecting/tilting condition of a knee receiving frame 10 can be adjusted by vertical motion of bearing casters 14 set on the upper surface of a driving cam plate 12.
