Abstract:

To transmit abnormalities such as wandering of a care receiver to a care giver at an early stage, by utilizing a cellular phone for reducing care load imposed on the car-giver, while effectively preventing wanderings, by surely detecting wandering behavior of demented aged persons at nights at low-cost facility.

This care system for detecting leaving/arriving from/at bed is constituted of a leaving-arriving sensor 2 attached to a sleeping tool 1 for sleeping a person and operating by bed-leaving and bed-arriving of the person, a transmitter 3 for transmitting a leaving-landing signal by operation of the leaving/arriving sensor, and a monitoring board 4 for transmitting or stopping a warning signal, by receiving the leaving/arriving signal from the transmitter; and can reduce the load on the care-giver, by issuing a warning by discriminating whether the warning is bed-leaving in normal life activity or bed-leaving in abnormal wandering, on the basis of the length of bed-leaving time.
