Abstract:
To provide a care system capable of enhancing availability of care history information, and also to provide a nurse call system capable of enhancing availability of nursing history information.SOLUTION: A care system includes: care call slave units 2; a care call master unit 5; portable terminals 6 carried by carers; a care call control unit 7 for controlling communication among the care call slave units 2, the care call master unit 5, and the portable terminals 6; a private branch exchange 8 capable of controlling a call among the care call slave units 2, the care call master unit 5, and the portable terminals 6 and also recording recorded data of calling from the care call slave units 2; and a care recording server 12 connected to the care call control unit 7 and the private branch exchange 8 so as to be directly or indirectly communicable and also capable of recording care history information for cared persons. The care recording server 12 receives recorded data in calling from the private branch exchange 8 so as to store the data as a part of care history information of cared persons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
