To provide a shower chair for care which accelerate the independence of a bodily inconvenient care receiver, which reduces a burden on a care giver and which is safety and good to use.
The shower chair for care has leg parts, a seat part and a backrest part. The seat part consists of at least a base board and a seat board. and the seat board is placed rotatably on the base panel. The rotation locking means and the rotation range regulation means of the seat board are provided. In the shower chair, the right and left supports of the backrest are extended respectively forward/downward to make front legs, the upper ends of the rear legs are respectively and pivotally fitted to the right and left supports of the backrest, and a rear part of the base board is pivotally fitted and bridged between right/left rear legs to be foldable. As the rotation range regulation means, a circular-arc groove is formed at either of the upper surface of the base board and the rear surface of the seat board, and a protrusion slid in the groove is formed at the other.
