To provide a nursing support system, a terminal device and a server device capable of automatically recording a nursing plan executed by a nurse.
The nursing support system includes a terminal device carried by a nurse and a sever device communicable with the terminal device. When patient information identifying a nursed patient, as well as tag information indicating a content of an operation with an apparatus which is read from an RFID tag attached to each apparatus in a hospital, is input, the terminal device transmits these pieces of information and terminal location information showing current location of its own device as action history to the server device. The server device compares each item of a performed nursing plan which comprises a set of the action history received from the terminal device, showing a nursing operation plan performed by the nurse, location information identifying a place of the nursing operation, the patient information identifying the nursed patient and operation content information showing a content of the nursing operation, and adds confirmation information showing that the plan has been completed to the matched plan.
