To provide a nursing support system capable of confirming a motion performed during a nursing service.
A nursing support system comprises a terminal device which is carried by a nurse and a server device capable of communicating with the terminal device. The terminal device has: input means to receive an operation input by the nurse; and notification means to notify the server device of an initiation and a completion of each nursing service that the nurse performs in accordance with an operation content received by the input means. The server device has: receiving means to receive the notification of the initiation and completion of the nursing service from the terminal device; position acquisition means to acquire a presence position of the terminal device in a hospital as position information of the nurse carrying the terminal device; and behavior analysis means to derive a flow line from a series of the position information acquired by the position acquisition means during the period from the time when the receiving means receives the initiation of the nursing service till the time when the same receives the completion of the nursing service.
