This nut assembly is composed of a nut A11 for threadedly engaging with a bolt on the inner periphery by applying fastening torque, a nut B12 relatively rotatable to the nut A, movable in the shaft direction, and pressed down in the shaft direction to a nut seat surface, and a disc spring 13 installed between the nut A and the nut B. This nut assembly with the axial force display device is composed of the nut assembly 10 and the axial force display device 20, and is composed of a lighting device 30, cushion rubber 43 arranged on an opposite side end surface of the nut B of the nut A, and a lighting holding releasing device 40 movably installed in the shaft direction on the nut A via the cushion rubber, and holding and releasing lighting of the lighting device.
