To provide a nut body and a bolt capable of easily mounting a component to a mounted member having a bag structure etc. and a back side difficult to reach.

The nut body includes: an oval back face side plate 3 arranged on the back face side 2a of the mounted member 2 and having an opening 31 at the center; a front face side plate 4 arranged on the front face side 2b of the mounted member 2 and having an opening 31 at the center; a spring member 5 connected between the back face side plate 3 and the front side face plate 4; and a nut member 6 arranged at the center of the back face side plate 3 integrally with the back face side plate 3. The length of the short axis direction of the back face side plate 3 is set smaller than a bore diameter D of a through hole 21 provided on the mounted member 2. A spring member 5 comprises a rectangular leaf spring having a rectangular notch at the center.
