Abstract:
To provide a nut lock device for differential gear device, in which a lock plate can be assembled effectively.
A differential gear device has a gear case supported rotatably by bearings in a housing 30 and nuts 35 to support it by applying a thrust load to the bearings, wherein the nuts 35 are locked by nut lock devices 40. The nut lock devices 40 are equipped with a lock plate 41 having approx. an L-section and a bolt 42 which is inserted into a hole 41h provided in the lock plate 41, and in this condition, the two sides of the hole in the lock plate 41 are pressing inward to such a degree that the bolt 42 rotates freely but does not slip off from the lock plate 41, and thereby the lock plate 41 and bolt 42 are integrated.
