PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut runner which rotates all sockets in the same direction by a single motor, makes slim the part to be inserted into a box hole, and rotates socket in any direction while the requisite space is suppressed.
SOLUTION: A nut runner has three sockets 1, a socket rotating mechanism 2 to rotate the sockets 1 in the same direction round the axis S, a fastening motor 3 rotated round the axis M and connected at the tip with a bevel gear 3b, a transmission shaft 4 which has a bevel gear 4b to mesh with the bevel gear 3b, assumes an angle 90 deg. to the motor 3, and is fitted approx. in the central part with a transmitting gear 4g to transmit the power to the socket rotating mechanism 2, a casing which supports the shaft 4 in such a way as rotating round the axis T and is fitted at the periphery with cogs 5g coaxially with the bevel gear 3b, and an azimuth changing motor 6 which has a gear 6g meshing with the cogs 5g on the casing.
