Abstract:
To provide an anti-loosening method capable of performing a clamping operation simply and quickly in nut and, moreover, providing a strong and reliable locking effect.SOLUTION: A nut disclosed herein is composed of a first nut 11 and a third nut 13 obtained by removing a middle nut after cutting one nut at a right angle to an axis thereof into three. A cutting surface 131 on the third nut 13 has an eccentric columnar part 133 which has a diameter larger than a diameter of a screw hole 132 of the nut, is off-centered in a direction perpendicular to a center axis of the third nut 13 and is protruded to the external side in the axis direction. A side surface projection part 134 is formed on an outer circumferential side surface of the eccentric columnar part 133. On the first nut 11, an eccentric cylindrical part 113 which fits in the eccentric columnar part 133 is opened so as to be off-centered in a direction perpendicular to a center axis of the first nut 11 and a groove 114 of an axial direction in a direction parallel to the center axis and a groove 115 of radial direction in the radial direction are formed on an inner part on a cutting face 111, so that the whole being a lock nut 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
