Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a nut to be prevented positively from being dropped erroneously without using any special bolt.SOLUTION: A nut 10 is constituted by a nut main body 11 and a press contacting member 20 having elasticity. The press contacting member 20 has a through-pass hole 21 with a little bit smaller diameter L1 than a root diameter [a crest diameter at a male thread part of a bolt to be described later] of a female thread part 13 at its central part, the through-pass hole 21 and the female thread part 13 are installed with adhesive agent in such a way that they may become coaxially [concentrically] arranged at an end surface 14 at an opened bottom surface side of a female thread hole 12 in the nut main body 11. A thickness H of the press contacting member 20 is set to be about one to five times of a distance between the adjoining thread crests of the female thread part 13, for example. Since the press contacting member 20 is resiliently deformable, the through-pass hole 21 can be inserted in an axial direction in respect to a bolt extremity end part 4. When the nut 10 is inserted from the bottom surface side into the bolt 1, the through-pass hole 21 of the press contacting member 20 is pushed open by the extremity end of the bolt 1 and press contacted before the female thread part 13 of the nut 10 strikes against the extremity end of the bolt 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
