Abstract:
To provide: a nutrient enrichment agent for zooplankton which can promote growth and increase a survival rate of larval and juvenile fish of a fishery living being; a feed composition for the fishery living being; a production method of the nutrient enrichment agent for zooplankton; a production method of the feed composition for the fishery living being; and a culture method of the fishery living being.SOLUTION: A fishery living being such as fish is fed with a feed composition of a rotifer, Artemia, etc. enriched in nutrient with a nutrient enrichment agent obtained by adding lactic acid-fermented distilled spirit lees to a feed additive to culture the fishery living being, thereby enabling improvement in a survival rate of the fishery living being to survive until the fishery living being metamorphoses into larval and juvenile fish.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
