Abstract:

To make bread into food highly balanced in nutritive value even with one article by wrapping several kinds of useful foods, to make such food easy to eat even for a physically handicapped person and to make the food convenient as breakfast or portable food in busy case.

A mixture 1 prepared by mixing azuki (red) beans and carrots, which are boiled and mashed together, with powder milk, roasted soybeam flour, powdered brown sugar and suitable amount of water is kneaded. On the other hand, a kneaded dough is obtained by adding water to wheat flour, to which yeast is separately added and is spread after being cut suitably. The above mixture 1 is wrapped in the spread dough, and fermented and steamed.
