Abstract:
To provide nylol eyeglasses which hold lenses without causing undue stress on the lenses by attaching a high-tensile thread, such as a nylon thread, to a front frame.SOLUTION: A high-tensile thread 12 is fastened at at least three points on a front frame 1 and is fitted to grooves 16 formed on peripheries of lenses to hold lenses at predetermined positions by means of tension acting on the high-tensile thread 12 in such a way that a portion of the periphery of each lens is in contact with a contact piece 11 of a lens-support rim 6 of the front frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
