Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject fat and oil active to obesity and giving excellent flavor and texture to foods by compounding α-linolenic acid in ≥ a specific amount.
CONSTITUTION: The objective fat and oil comprises beefsteak plant oil, perilla oil, linseed oil, etc., and contains α-linolenic acid in an amount of ≥15wt.%. The fat and oil is applied to a human body at a dose of 0.5-50g/day as the α-linolenic acid.
