Abstract:
To provide an object with high tensile strength made out of a fused deposition modeling (FDM) printer.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a three-dimensional object made out of FDM of modeling material, in which the modeling materials are, filled with inorganic or organic fillers, polyaryletherketone, polyphenylsulfide, polyamideimide, polylactic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polyoxymethylene, polyurethane, polyvinyl alcohol and butenediol vinyl alcohol copolymer, etc. as well as mixtures selected therefrom, and an ultimate tensile strength of a test piece measured in a Z direction shall be at least 70% of the ultimate tensile strength of the test piece measured in x or y direction, where the ultimate tensile strength is measured in accordance with Sample 5A of ISO 527- 2:2012.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11a
