To provide an object tracking device by which a telephotographic camera can easily be controlled and manufactured.

A wide-angle camera 5 and a telephotographic camera 10 are arranged side by side. A position detecting means 15 is provided for detecting the position of the right eye of a human figure in the image of the wide-angle camera 5. A photographic range change means 20 is provided for linking the wide-angle camera 5 and the telephotographic camera 10. When the human figure is photographed by the wide-angle camera 5, the photographic range change means 20 is moved to the prescribed position of the image of the wide-angle camera 5 and a position for photographing the right eye of the human figure in the image center part of the telephotographic camera 10 on the basis of position information detected by the position detecting means 15. The right eye of the human figure can be tracked and photographed by the telephotographic camera 10. When tracking and photographing the right eye of the human figure with the wide-angle camera 5 with the telephotographic camera 10, the camera 10 is easily controlled and also is easily manufactured.
