PURPOSE: To attain ease of servo locking with simple constitution and to stabilize servo control by providing a positioning damper member between an axial symmetry position of a moving plate mounted with an object lens and a stationary part.
CONSTITUTION: The moving plate 25 mounted with the object lens 28 is supported with a slide bearing mechanism made of a shaft 24 and a bearing cylinder 26, and positioning damper members 38a, 38b made of a thin rubber plate or the like are provided between the axial symmetry position and the stationary party. Through the constitution above, even if the moving plate 25 is displaced in the Y axis direction being the focus direction, damper members 38a, 38b generate a moment around orthogonal axes opposite to each other and they are cancelled together. Thus, the bearing cylinder 26 is tilted and not pressed on the shaft 24, the hysteresis characteristic between the focus direction force and the quasi- static displacement is suppressed, the ease of servo locking is attained so as to stabilize the servo mechanism.
