Abstract:
To improve the shock-resistant properties of an oblique angle sensor and at the same time miniaturize and make the sensor light.
A magnetic body sphere 14 is arranged on a curved surface 13 that is formed on a support material 12, and a variation in a magnetic field due to the rolling of the magnetic body sphere 14 on the curved surface 13 is detected by Hall elements 16a-16d, thus obtaining the inclination of the oblique angle sensor.
