Abstract:
To provide a small observation buoy with a simple configuration for observing at high precision the flow in a coastal region and surrounding environment.
An observation buoy 1 is allowed to drift in a water area for observing the flow, the position on the earth is measured with a differential global positioning system 11, and a surrounding environment such as water quality is measured with an observation sensor 12 and recorded on a hard disc of a personal computer 13. Then, the observation V1 is recovered to read the data in the personal computer 13, measuring a surrounding environment, etc.
