Abstract:
To provide an observation device which efficiently cools a camera and allows a user to continuously observe a state of a high temperature atmosphere furnace, such as an electric furnace and a coke oven, or a state of an observation object having a high temperature for a long time regardless of the installation method, and to provide a cooling mechanism of the observation device.SOLUTION: An observation device 100 is a device which captures images of an observation object having a high temperature by a camera 170 which is housed in an imaging part 120. The camara includes an engine unit 175 on which an image sensor 171, which receives an optical image entered through a monitoring window 137 formed at a tip of the imaging part to convert the optical image to an electric signal, is mounted. A cooling gas of a first system is guided to a front surface of the image sensor by a cooler 201 to cool a light receiving surface of the image sensor. A cooling gas of a second system is guided to the rear side of the image sensor by a second gas tube 195 to cool a rear surface of the image sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
