Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that in evaluating products or facilities for ease of use, it takes time to record the action of a subject onto recording paper or the like, directly or observing video image, that a recording person is required to have skill in order to take an accurate record, and that time-consuming manual work is also required to use the record data.
SOLUTION: The recording person creates a recording screen including an operating button for the input of observation data, by inputting necessary information according to an input screen. During recording, the recording person presses a button for observation data (when in trouble, etc.) according to the recording screen, for each predetermined item to be observed (when opening a lid, etc.). Each time the button for the observation data is pressed, the data are created including the time of the pressing, the name of the button, and the items to be observed.
