Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an observation port for an evaporator which facilitates the observation of the evaporator by the observation port by arranging plural rotating discs having a slit inside the observation port in a vacuum vessel at intervals and turning them at a high speed to prevent the evaporated matter from being stuck to the observation port.
CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum vessel 1 where an evaporator 2 is installed inside, a transparent port 6 is installed above the evaporator 2 and simultaneously plural rotating discs 27, 28 having a slit 26 opening to near inside the transparent port 6 are arranged at intervals and with the positions of the slits 26 in the discs coinciding with each other and a rotating slit device 21 for turning the discs is provided.
