Abstract:
To provide an obstacle avoidance system of an electromagnetic induction type golf cart which has usability and does not restrict procedures for playing golf.
In an automated guided golf cart which runs by being guided along an induction line buried underground, an obstacle sensor for detecting the direction of an obstacle in the course and a control portion for detecting on which the side, the right or the left, the obstacle exists, with respect to the proceeding course and controlling steering to avoid the obstacle, by steering to the opposite direction of the obstacle existing direction, when the presence of the obstacle is detected within a predetermined distance by the obstacle detecting sensor.
