To improve the durability of the drawing part from a holder of a cord by providing such a structure that the drawling hole for cord provided on the holder is substantially opposed to a cord reel even when the positions of the holder and the cord reel are relatively changed according to the opening and closing of a shutter.
A seat plate switch is provided on the lower end of a shutter curtain for opening and closing the opening of a building, and a cord reel 10 for winding and unwinding a cord 11 according to the opening and closing of the shutter curtain is provided on the upper part of the opening. In the state where the shutter curtain is fully closed, the cord 11 is drawn substantially just above from the slit of a holder 15. Although the cord reel 10 relatively falls according to the rise of the shutter curtain, the drawing position of the cord 11 gradually falls in the slit, and the cord 11 is drawn from about the lower end of the slit at the upper limit. Accordingly, the drawing hole of the cord is regularly opposed to the cord reel 10 side so that the cord 11 can be prevented from sharply bent in the drawing part.
