An image processing part 23 superposes image data by an infrared image obtained by photographing of a pair of infrared cameras 11La and 11Ra of an external sensor, on image data by a visible image obtained by photographing of the visible camera 11Va of the external sensor 11 to generate a superposed image. The image processing part 23 eliminates the visible image data from the superposed image and shifts the infrared image data to the position where the visible image data existed while positional deviation on the superposed image between the infrared image data and the visible image data with respect to a peripheral area including a pedestrian detected by a pedestrian detecting part 21 is equal to or more than a constant value.
