Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open and expose major elements of a banding machine by a method wherein the banding machine is constituted in such a manner that by operating a lever downward, a series of phenomena may happen in the banding machine at the same time.
SOLUTION: When an operation lever 10 is moved downward, a force to the outside F1 is applied at the same time, and a band chute supporting bracket 50 which is located on the outside of a band chute 175, and an anvil member 90 are pulled in the direction of F1, and a band separating machine 158 which is located on the inside of the band chute 175, is pulled in the direction of F2. A frame 200 stays still, and does not receive effects. The band chute supporting bracket 50 and the anvil member 90 move harmoniously to each other. The band separating machine 158 is rotatably connected to the frame, and in the meantime, the anvil member 90 and the band chute supporting bracket 50 are connected rotatably to each other. Thus, a lever arm 10 simultaneously works to the band separating machine 158, the band chute supporting bracket 50 and the anvil member 90.
