To provide an occlusion position measuring device which gets an occlusion surface having an even pressure in a space of a range of a bed rest position in current bad occlusion condition without whittling existing teeth, which is mounted to a constructing occlusion device, which checks the condition of a space between upper and lower positions and a central position in a mouth cavity, and which gets "proof".

When chews become difficult because of a deformative occlusion surface in jaws with teeth, an occlusion plane is conventionally adjusted by whittling. But the bad occlusion surface by which the chews become difficult is heaped up by a prosthetic appliance in a space of the upper and lower jaws in a bed rest position and a new artificial occlusion surface is constructed. Using the occlusion position measuring device by a system and a Pascal's law can recover the occlusion plane normally just enough.
