Title:
OCCLUSION PRESSURE UNEVEN DISPERSION TYPE DENTAL IMPLANT FOR INTRAMAXILLARY IMPLANTATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08322856
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the resorption of the contact surface between an implant body and bone tissues and the inflammation sequentially arising at the ambient tissues of the implant occurring in the vibration, rotation and uneven dispersion of the occlusion pressure of the implant body which take place at the time of occlusion by forming the implant body into a double structure consisting of a bone surface contact part and a occlusion press receiving part.

CONSTITUTION: The implant body is divided to the occlusion press receiving part 1 and bone surface contact part 5 connected by an elastic fibrous structure. The form of the part of the occlusion pressure receiving part 1 existing within the recess of the bone surface contact part 2 is formed to a convergent form of a class conical shape and the distance from the surface corresponding to the base of the class cone to the point corresponding to the vertex thereof is made as short as possible. A pressure buffer 4 consisting of an elastic material 3 and non-viscous fluid or the non-viscous fluid or viscous fluid or viscoelastic fluid, is interposed between both structures by a method, such as sealing. As a result, the rotation around the horizontal shaft of the minor horizontal axis of the occlusion pressure receiving part 1 which occurs at the time of occlusion is suppressed and the nearly even dispersion of the occlusion pressure to the surface of the bone tissues is possible.
