Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new compound useful as a endoparasiticide for human beings and animals, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A compound of the formula I [R1, R2, R11 and R12 are each 1-8C alkyl, 1-8C halogenoalkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl; R3, R5, R7 and R9 are each H, (substd.) 1-5C alkyl or the like; R4, R6, R8 and R10 are each H, 1-5C alkyl or the like] is provided. A compd. of the formula I is obtained by cyclizing an open-chained octadepsipeptide in the presence of a diluent and in the presence of a coupling reagent.
