To provide an ocular function training apparatus with which the ocular function of a presbyopic trainee is trained and to provide binoculars provided with the ocular function training apparatus.

The apparatus is provided with: an image display part for displaying an image to the eyes of the trainee; a moving part for reciprocating the image display part at least in the direction of the optical axes of the eyes to be trained; and a control part for changing the center of a moving range in reciprocation of the image display part by the moving means in the direction of the vicinities of the near points of the eyes of the trainee.
