Abstract:

To provide an odor scavenger resin composition picking up odors of such as ketones, aldehydes, alcohols and hydrocarbons by-produced in the oxidation of a resin layer containing an oxygen absorber.

The odor scavenger resin composition contains at least one substance selected from the group consisting of alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals as an exchanger cation and a high silica type zeolite with a silica/alumina ratio of 80 or over dispersed in a thermoplastic resin matrix.
