Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficiently large diversity gain without increasing quantization errors even if difference in reception power among antenna groups is extremely large, and to select an optimum antenna for each subcarrier frequency in an OFDM signal reception circuit and an OFDM signal transmission/reception circuit.
SOLUTION: There are an AGC control circuit 15 for obtaining the amount of gain control, an AGC circuit 14 for correcting signal power by the amount of gain control, an A/D conversion circuit 16, a Fourier transform circuit 17 connected to the output of the A/D conversion circuit 16, a synchronous detection circuit 18 for fitting the phase of each outputted subcarrier signal to each phasing environment for correction, and a power correction circuit 19 for correcting the power of the subcarrier signal outputted from the synchronous detection circuit 18 by the amount of gain control in each antenna group. A reception signal synthesis circuit 20 is provided, where the reception signal synthesis circuit 20 synthesizes the subcarrier signal outputted from the power correction circuit 19 of a plurality of antenna groups for each frequency of subcarrier.
