To prevent a valve seat portion of an on-off valve body from being strained to cause a refrigerant leak without increasing the wall thickness of the on-off valve body and without increasing the dimensions of the valve body.
A resin coating applied to the valve seat portion 16b of a valve stem holding part 16 of the on-off valve body 11 into which a valve stem 15 of an on-off valve 10 is threaded increases the accuracy of threaded contact between the valve stem 15 and the valve seat portion 16b to reduce a refrigerant leak and ensure airtightness. The refrigerant leak reduction can lead to a thinner wall thickness of the liquid side three-way valve body 11 to implement small dimensions of the valve body, a small size of a piping cover of an outdoor unit and compact installation.
