Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent liquid drooping when a filling liquid is filled, and perform a high speed, high precision filling stably.
CONSTITUTION: A valve rod 8 which has a valve disc 9 and a conduit 10 communicating with a vacuum pump is inserted in a filling passage 2 with a nozzle port 3 and a nozzle part 1 with a liquid receiving chamber 5, and when a filling is completed, a liquid drooping at the nozzle port 3 is sucked by vacuum from the conduit 10. The valve rod 8 is fixed to a first piston 16 in a first cylinder 13 for an actuator 11 with a double valve closing structure, and the stroke is adjusted by a second piston 17 in a second cylinder 14 and a stroke adjusting fitting 19.
