Title:
OFFENSIVE SMELL DISPOSAL DEVICE AND OFFENSIVE SMELL EXHAUSTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000157617
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent a person staying near a generating source from smelling a severe odor by sucking/deodorizing an offensive smell before the offensive smell diffuses just near the generating source by a suction port on the tip of a displaceable suction duct.

In this offensive smell processing device 1, a suction port 11 is arranged on the tip 3a of a suction duct 3. The suction duct 3 is displaced, the suction port 11 is approached to a generating source of an offensive smell so that the offensive smell can be sucked in before the offensive smell diffuses. The offensive smell is introduced to a device main body 2, an offensive component is adsorbed to an adsorbent carrier on the inside, and exhaust air is exhausted in the prescribed direction from a blowoff port 17 having a louver 29. The offensive component is decomposed by a thermal catalyst after adsorption. A device main body 2 is placed on a carriage C to be movable, and for example, even when there are a large number of beds in a sickroom, the offensive smell can be individually reliably sucked in to thereby prevent a carer and a neighboring person from smelling the offensive smell from a diaper.
