To streamline the procedure performed in advance by attendees who attend a funeral.SOLUTION: An EC business operator terminal provides product information to a funeral management server. A funeral home terminal provides the funeral management server with funeral information managed for each chief mourner. The funeral management server generates an offering purchase website associated with the funeral information, and displays the product information on the offering purchase website to prompt a user terminal to make a purchase. The user terminal transmits purchased product information related to purchase from the product information to the funeral management server according to a user's operation. The funeral management server provides the purchased product information to the EC business operator terminal, and provides the purchased product information to the funeral home terminal in association with the funeral information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
