To allow a number of persons to use their own desks rationally even if an office space is limited so that all the members can not have their own desks respectively.

This system consists of several desks 2a to 2f which have supplementary cabinets 3 under their top plates, supplementary cabinets 3 (3a to 3l) whose number is larger than that of the several desks 2a to 2f, a room floor which has an area to enable to arrange the several desks 2a to 2f correctly, and a cabinet storage part 4 in the room which can store at least the number of the cabinets which can not be stored in the desks 2a to 2f. Among the all numbers respectively corresponding to all cabinets 3, members of a number equal to that of all the cabinets 3 use their own cabinets 3 under the top plates of the desks and use desks 2a to 2f exclusively, and remaining cabinets are stored in the storage part 4.
