Abstract:

To provide a system which stores and understands control information related to a flow of networked OA objects which office workers have in mind formerly, and guides the office workers in getting to know the work they should perform.

Plurality of workstations are networked and exchange e-mails in this office information processing system, which includes a control information definition part 34 that defines a control information of possible processing for e-mail after its reception, a processing record storage part 22 that stores record information of the operation executed to the e-mail, a control part 35 that refers to the both information to guide the recipient, a tracking instruction part 36 that makes an inquiry about the processing status of the e-mail, and a tracking processing part 37 that reports the status in response to the tracking instruction.
