PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rigidity of connecting parts when manufacturing a plurality of offset fins which are connected to one another at the connecting parts.SOLUTION: In an offset fin manufacturing method which manufactures offset fins 10, 11 and 12 which are formed so as to be in rectangular wave shapes at cross sections, and whose side faces 20 are alternately offset at each prescribed length, the offset fin manufacturing method comprises: a sending-out process for sending out a strip 30; a connecting part forming process for forming connecting parts 36 at each prescribed interval in a sending direction of the strip 30; an offset fin forming process for bending a flat plate part 34 located between the two connecting parts 36 out of the strip 30, and forming the offset fins 10, 11 and 12 in which apex faces 21 are connected to the connecting parts 36; and a cutting process for cutting the connecting parts 36 at each set connection number. One of the two side faces 20 connected to the apex face 21 which is connected to the connecting part 36 is made not to be offset, and a length in a direction in which waves of the apex faces 21 connected to the connecting parts 36 are continued is set longer than the other apex face 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
