An offset link is manufactured by joining brackets 4 to both ends of arm parts 2 in the longitudinal direction with the brackets offset from each other. Bracket materials 14 for forming the plurality of brackets are extrusion-molded and arranged oppositely to each other beforehand, and the plurality of arm parts 2 formed by diagonally cutting both longitudinal both ends 2a and 2b are disposed therebetween diagonally parallel with each other in the lateral direction. Left and right side mounting projected parts 15 and their both ends 2a and 2b are allowed to abut on and joined to each other, and the arm parts are cut at the widths of the bracket 4 of the bracket material 14.
