Abstract:
To provide a device wherein the problem of variations in color due to trapping produced in multicolor printing and the abnormality in control unit specification, which occurs due to the transfer of upper and lower ink and water in double-sided printing, are controlled and solved at each unit.
The offset press includes two or more printing units 11, 13, 14 each having measuring means 1, 3 which measure either or both of the amount of ink on an ink roller and the amount of water contained in the ink and a control means to control either or both of the amount of ink and the amount of feed water on the basis of the data obtained by the use of the measuring means.
