Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating efficiency by providing an operating member for conducting the contact or separate operation of a water transfer roller and a dampening roller at a water rolling roller.
SOLUTION: An operating lever 92 is rotated from the position II to the position I. Then, cams 47, 15, 26 are rotated counterclockwise, but since rolls 48, 31 remain riding on the cams 47, 26, a water transfer roller 42, a water rolling roller 33 and a dampening roller 25 are separate from each other. On the other hand, when the lever 92 is positioned at the position I, a roll 22 is dropped in the lower part 15b of the cam 15, and hence the roller 25 is brought into contact with a plate cylinder l. In this state, a printing plate can be mounted at the cylinder 1 while retaining the printing plate by the roller 25.
